Although IMF forecasts aren't really a thing that matters all too much, it speaks more about sentiment here. The European Commission earlier forecast that Italy will grow by about 1.2% in 2019.

This just adds further backing to the rhetoric that Italy's government is stretching things a little much with their budget proposal forecasts. And with Tria saying that they won't change it earlier, it makes it tough to see how things will go well come Tuesday next week.
