India steps up precautionary measures to fight the virus
The government says that the ban will be for scheduled international commercial passenger flights and will take place on 22 March for a week.
This comes as India reports 27 new coronavirus cases today, bringing the total to 166 cases with 4 deaths being reported so far.
Earlier today, we also saw Australia and New Zealand close off its borders to non-residents.
