Says that Saudi is yet to agree on exemptions for Iran and that remains the main obstacle in talks at the moment. With US sanctions already in place, you'd think that Iran would logically be exempt from any need to cut production. But that doesn't appear to be the case as we head into the second round of talks later.
Let's see if OPEC can get around this issue and also convince Russia to push forward with steeper cuts.
