Ireland finance minister Paschal Donohoe comments in Dublin

The EU summit is set to take place at the end of June (28-29 June to be exact) and both the UK and EU are looking towards some form of progress on the Irish border at least, with UK PM May saying they will also publish a white paper outlining the UK's vision on the future relationship with the EU prior to the summit.
