Irish FinMin Noonan says they have made an agreement in principle with the EU to the memorandum of understanding outlining the bailout, according to a headline on BBG.
Details of the agreement are yet to be worked out, Noonan says.

An agreement suggests Ireland will be above to lower its interest rate and extend the length of time on its EU loans.
