Irish minister McEntee: UK has changed positions on the bill

Speaking in a radio interview with RTE Radio

• We are not trying to stop talks from moving on
• We want to move into Brexit phase 2
• Ireland cannot accept return to hard border

Remember, at this stage of negotiations, Ireland still has the right to veto things unless they are satisfied with the UK's proposal on how to avert the reinstatement of a hard border with Northern Ireland.
