ITALY DATA: Preliminary 3Q12 GDP -0.2% Q/Q, -2.4% Y/Y, contracting for
the fifth consecutive quarter as the industry, services and
agriculture components all fell, ISTAT said.
–2Q GDP was revised at -0.7% Q/Q and -2.4% y/y (vs -0.8%, -2.6%).
–3Q result gives a platform of ‘acquired’ growth of -2.0% y/y
–ISTAT provided no numerical details of 3Q GDP components.
