He's not giving away what the number will be but I reckon it won't go anywhere below 2.0%. That would be the maximum concession they'd be willing to make. If that proves to not be enough, I reckon Salvini and Di Maio will tear him up and start to take matters into their own hands as they surely won't be happy with European officials as well on the matter.
