Aso says Prime Minister Abe has officially ordered the compiling of another supplementary budget
There is a special blue pill for Japanese budgets which enable the government to do them again and again and again …. unless I have lost count its been one budget and two extra ones. But, in al seriousness, the extra ones are often in relation to funding natural disaster recovery programs.
