Labour markets in Japan are tight, and yet wage growth is sluggish

go figure

Anyway, Japanese PM Abe:

  • Will create system to enable working beyond age 65
  • necessary to greatly increase mid-career employment
  • Will allow choice of receiving pension from after age 70

… labour market reform will fall under the 3rd of Abe's '3 arrows'

Can anyone remember the other 2? I know BOJ easing was one of 'em

So

much

easing
