Has the question on the veracity of the data out of China been settled?

That's a rhetorical question. John Hopkins is comparing the official figures, and I am not alone in doubting those from China. And the US went down the same path as China initially, denying there was a problem. Even now are testing in the US in behind. The number of cases will continue to skyrocket as more and more people are tested.
