EU can't afford commitments
Juncker said the EU budget will have to be bigger than 1% of EU GDP if member nations hope to fund all its policies.
How about a bit of austerity? Maybe try to stretch the budget a bit further by cutting some of the bloat?
He said Brexit will leave the EU with a budget gap of 12-13 billion euros, annually.
