May will be meeting with Tusk first at 1600 GMT before this takes place. As it stands, May is still hoping to seek reassurances - legally binding ones hopefully - from the EU on the backstop but so far, there doesn't seem to be any signs that they would be willing to offer such concessions to her. But a lot can change in the coming hours so let's see if there are any further twists and turns along the way in the Brexit saga.
