This is just more confirmation that there's nothing going on in China. The leading theory is that someone in the White House tried to leak some deal rhetoric to Bloomberg in order to goose the stock market ahead of the midterms because every other reporter there can't find any indication it's true. Justin sniffed it out right away.
The S&P 500 is down 30 points to the lows of the day after Kudlow's comments.
