Lacker: Don’t wait too long, move too slow to drain

He says it is reasonable to expect the recession to end later this year. Consumers are spending more vigorously, he says the evidence is now showing. he is unimpressed with the fiscal stimulus, saying it will only have marginal impact on recovery.
