Libya's OPEC Governor wants production cut.
Libya OPEC representative Samir Kamal is cited by Reuters calling for a strategy change. He said OPEC should cut oil output by at least 800,000 barrels.
It's easy for Libya to say, most of their production is shuttered because of violence.
