Not much in the way of scheduled news
The economic calendar features a handful of low-level releases today with the Chicago Fed national activity index and Canadian wholesale sales at the bottom of the hour. At 1300 GMT, Draghi is scheduled to speak in Brussels and at 1430 GMT it's the September Dallas Fed.
The wild card on the day is the UN meetings in New York. The General Assembly starts at 1330 GMT. Trump meets today with leaders from South Korea, Egypt and France with other talks to take place on the sidelines.
