The Troika has started its latest review of the Portuguese bailout.
The review is expected to go smoothly but the devil is always in the details.
Portugal is fortunate in that it does not have a large amount of debt coming due this year, which gives them a bit of breathing room that their Greek brethren do not enjoy.
