Mexico's central bank now sees growth this year in the 2.0-2.5% range. That's the top end of the 1.5%-2.5% range it had previously forecast.
The optimism continues into 2018 where they now see 2.0%-3.0% growth from 1.7%-2.7% before.
Along with better growth, they also see growing inflation risks and anticipate it will converge towards 3% in 2018.
