Morgan Stanley sees two more Fed cuts this year

Morgan Stanley out with new forecasts

Economists at Morgan Stanley now see two more rate cuts this year -- in September and October.

They say the market will price in 3-4 more rate cuts in 2020. They also lowered their year-end 10-year US Treasury yield forecast to 1.60% (spot is at 1.68%).
