Moscovici hinting that the European Commission is not seeing eye to eye with Italy on the budget proposal. It's pretty much a given now that they will reject it before next Monday, but with Italy refusing to budge on their fiscal plans it's setting up to be a deadlock in the making and an interesting next few weeks.
