USD/CAD a big mover

But is not alone
The USD is lower across the board (yen excepted, USD/JPY off just a few tics only).
Late US moves can be exacerbated by thinning liquidity. Most of the time its all a bit sleepy but some small moves today after 4pm NY time. More than we usually see.
