New Zealand Building Permits reported up 7.8% for September, this figure is a 4-year high.
August figure was revised to up 2.8% (from+1.9%).
Note that these are volatile figures, but nevertheless a positive sign for the NZ economy.
Some buying of the Kiwi, 0.8213 now, its recent range top is just above 0.8230 (looking at the hourly chart).
