Not clear how quickly Iran sanctions to be lifted
Earlier comments suggested that sanctions against Iran's oil and banking industries would be immediately lifted once the deal was completed on June 30 but it's less clear now.
Other reports said the sanctions will be lifted once nuclear inspection authorities give the go-ahead. Now Obama says sanctions will be phased out.
How soon Iran is able to fully bring its oil to market is an important question but the answers are tough to determine.
