Global Dairy Trade auction coming up today during London time
The previous auction was a bit of a disappointment. The index rose 1.7% but expectations were much higher
You can see the result over there on the far right of the graph
- Expectations were for a rise of around 9%
- the price for the benchmark whole milk powder fell 0.2% against expectations of an 8% gain
Price rises are again expected at today's auction, WMP expected +1% ... but after last time caution is much higher.
