Comments by Russian oil minister, Alexander Novak
He's saying that they've not reached a firm decision on whether or not to commit further to the OPEC+ deal extension. It doesn't look like they're interested to be honest and that'll certainly infuriate Saudi Arabia and other OPEC members even more so considering the drop in oil prices this week.
