Or at least the one we know about wasn't Russia

JPMorgan revealed a massive breach of its computers last summer. Their head of security didn't have evidence of a government tie but he directed his team to search for links from the Russian government.

The former head of the Air Force cybercombat division was convinced and had hired other former military men to lead JPMorgan's computer defenses.

The hackers stole the names, addresses and email addresses of 83 million individuals and small businesses.

The target, it was revealed today, was the email addresses and the perpetrators were a group of four US and Israeli men who used them in a pump-and-dump scheme. The FBI announced the arrests today.
