Back breaking records after a one day hiatus
On Friday, the S&P index fell modestly and in doing so broke a string of four consecutive record closes. Today the string was reestablished as the S&P index gained 5.15 points or 0.24% and close at a record high level once again.
The NASDAQ composite index rose by 0.52%
The Dow industrial average also closed at a new record high. It gained 0.09% on the day.

- five year note yield 1.1315%, +3 basis points
- 10 year note yield 1.5853%, +3 basis points
- 30 year bond yield 2.2986%, +3 basis points
