Meanwhile, we have some comments from ECB's Lautenschaleger in the banking supervision conference saying that:

  • Banks must also prepare for hard Brexit
  • ECB won't tolerate 'empty shells' post-Brexit
  • Can't be sure of a Brexit transition period
