Russia, Venezuela, Mexico and Saudi Arabia are meeting on the sidelines of the OPEC gathering in Vienna. Venezuela and Russia are leading the push for OPEC to lower quotas but will need to get the Saudis onside.
Mexico’s oil minister says a statement will come soon after the meeting.
