In the US debt market, the 10 year is trading near the day lows at 2.208%. The low reached 2.2045%. The yield is below its 100 and 50 day MAs at 2.27% and 2.2507% respectively.
Gold is up on the day - up $2.70 at 1286 currently - but is off the high at 1290.38. The highs in April and June stalled at 1295-96 - ahead of the natural 1300 level. Technically, the price is above trend line resistance and has been above the 50, 100 and 200 day MAs for the month of August.
