The order book for the 7-year EFSF bond offering is closing and the market is buzzing that demand is pretty decent.
Perhaps some of the EUR/USD bid is linked to the bond sale…It would be very unusual to get a 40 pip bounce off of a flow like that, but that’s all we’ve been able to pick up thus far…
