The index is up 122 points from the lows a week ago. On the day, it’s up 35 points to 1939.

Interestingly, the gain only narrowly exceeds the 32-point snapback on Oct 8. That was followed by a brutal 5-day slump.
1943 is the 61.8% retracement of the fall since Sept 19 and it’s the last big level on my chart.
