Well, never underestimate the power of a good contract, especially when logic and rational behaviour has gone out the window. I am referring of course to AIG’s intention to pay USD$450mio in bonuses to employees in the unit that largely sank the ship! I guess this ruins it for the rest of us now who dream of guaranteed performance incentives in our future work contracts…then again, i guess now all we are dream of is work, plain and simple.
