The October Treasury International Capital data shows an outflow of $13.9 bln in October after a $127.6 bln inflow in September. Ex-swaps, there was an inflow of $20.7 bln.
Not particularly market moving, though EUR/USD has ticked up to 1.4550. 1.4580 and 1.4600 are resistance.
