Trump plans executive order removing right of citizenship for babies of non-citizens
Axios reports that Trump plans an executive order that would remove the right of citizenship to babies born in the US from non-citizens and unauthorized immigrants. It will almost-certainly be challenged in the Supreme Court.
I don't know all the legal arguments but it's a move that will undoubtedly leave the US and the Supreme Court even more polarized.
