BBC had earlier reported a bank plan could come today but Sky is now reporting it will wait until Wednesday morning. Capital injections of as much as GBP 15 bln each for the major banks is a possibility.
Cable is falling as are all the “risky” currencies as the JPY offers the only safe-haven at the moment.
