Jeremy Hunt on the wires

  • We need to see a change in attitude of the EU comission
  • It is important to make sure we don't end up with a no-deal outcome by accident
  • Everyone needs to prepare for possibility of chaotic, no-deal Brexit
  • There is absolutely no guarantee that we will get a deal

With all the focus on the lira and UK economic data this week, let's not forget that the big picture for the pound relies on Brexit still. Hunt's comments aren't really making or breaking anything at this juncture (May or Raab's point of view will matter more), but the final comment on no guarantee isn't really providing much comfort is it?
