Is that right? I guess it must be. Hugely weaker than median forecast of -0.2%. I’ve been expecting UK house prices to come lower, but I’m somewhat shocked by the extent of the decline.
Rise of +2.6% in 3 months to September vs year ago, much lower than median forecast of +3.9%.
