This pretty corroborates with the story here that they will be lifting quarantine requirements on travellers returning from some overseas destinations starting from next week.
It all sounds good and logical on paper, but we'll have to see how things work out in practice. I fear that all it takes is just a few returning cases slipping back into the community and there will be growing risks of a secondary outbreak in the UK.
