Latest UK govt borrowing data now out
- £6.7bln prev revised down from 7.5bln
- PSNB ex banks £14.2bln vs 11.8bln exp vs 7.4bln prev revised down from 8.2bln
- PSNCR £5.38bln vs £8.85bln Nov 2014
Increased borrowing but better revisions although not enough to make any real difference
The UK govt still a lot to do to address this big problem
Public sector net debt excluding public sector banks at the end of November 2015 was £1,536trln, equivalent to 80.5% of GDP, an increase of £71.9 billion compared with November 2014.
GBPUSD just dipping back below 1.4900 on the news pushing EURGBP nearer 0.7350
