Says that the UK is considering to continue applying EU's external tariffs for a time-limited period beyond December 2020 as part of a backstop agreement in case the implementation of a Brexit deal is delayed.
Now that is indeed very much different to the earlier report in the day stating that the UK is going to stay tied to the customs union beyond the transition period - as this is somewhat temporary.
