It's a busy week for UK PM David Cameron as the campaign for concessions gets fully underway before calling a referendum on EU membership, possibly next year

Tonight he hosts dinner/talks with the EU President Jean-Claude Juncker, the man he publicly opposed last year in the run up to the EU presidential election. Should make for some interesting conversation

Then the rest of the week sees him off to meet the leaders of Denmark, Holland and France with the EU Referendum Bill being presented to the UK parliament in the Queen's Speech on Wednesday. He'll also be having a chat with Merkel and others in Riga

Meanwhile today has seen the news that most EU citizens living in the UK will not be allowed to vote as and when the referendum is held. Those eligible will be the same as for General Election which means Maltese and Cypriot residents in the UK will get a vote, but other EU citizens will not.
