US April existing home sales data
- Prior was 5.60m
- Sales -2.5% vs -0.9% expected
- Prior sales +1.1%
- Median home prices $257,900, up 5.3% year-over-year
- Inventories at 1.80m, or 4.0 months
Both housing numbers today have been on the soft side, which isn't a great look for the US dollar and US economy but the Trump-Kim story is dominating right now.
