Standards tightened for Commercial and Industrial loans
The lending standards to households in Q2 were little changed.
The tightening of the commercial and industrial loans is the 4th straight quarter where standards have been tightened.
The Fed said that demand for most types of residential real estate loans strengthened which is indicative of a solid housing market.
