Futures higher
US stock futures are 5 points above fair value, building on a similar-sized gain a day ago. If that holds up, today will the 10th day of gains in the past 11.
Mnuchin yesterday said the US and China had "pretty much agreed" on the stick issue of enforcement for a trade deal. China also agreed to open its cloud-computing sector to foreign companies, according to the WSJ.
