The US stocks are playing it close to the chest as the market awaits the FOMC decision at 2 PM. The S&P is down marginally as is the Nasdaq on the first prints of the day. The Dow is down a most 15 points.
European stocks are near unchanged levels as well and are trading near day midpoints.

The UK FTSE is one of the big movers at -0.67% and trades near the day's lows.
In the treasury market today, the US 2 year yield is at 0.803% down about a basis point from yesterday. The 10 year yield is at 2.290% also little changed. The 30 year yield is up about a basis point at 3.07%
Crude oil for October delivery is at 47.37 up 0.49% on the day. Gold is at 1117 down -0.2%.
Overall, the markets are in a "wait and see mode"
