The US Department of Justice has filed suit against BP and all of the subcontractors connected with massive Gulf oil spill last spring.
Two of the defendants to the suit are BP and its insurer Lloyds. Perhaps a negative for cable some day if they every reach a settlement…
Cable is down all by itself today, slipping as low as 1.5552 thirty minutes or so ago.
