The USD is a little easier in what has been relatively subdued overnight trading conditions. EUR/USD sits at 1.3020 compared to a European close Tuesday around 1.2980, while cable is up at 1.4040 from around 1.4000.

Overnight the BOJ kept rates unchanged at 0.10 and said it will increase its monthly Rinban JGB buying operation. Asian stocks tacked on some marginal gains, which will have weighed on the USD a little.
