I guess looking for fireworks on a quiet July afternoon is futile…they were all shot off over the weekend. Looks like we are set for some summer doldrums for the next few hours, waiting for equities to make up their mind i the final hour of trade, Right now they are up just barely, by 0.1%.
EUR/USD is edging below trendline support on place for the last several days but feels as though it may break the uptrend in sideways fashion rather than a plunge. Support comes in at 1.2620/65.
In the medium-term, resistance is intact at 1.2725.
